  • Therapeutic Bodywork

    Structurally informed, trauma informed, and goal oriented bodywork. Integrates assessment and a variety of hands-on techniques to address pain, movement restrictions, and functional imbalances. Supporting long-term health, efficient movement, and sustainable performance.

  • Thai Massage

    A dynamic, movement-based practice combining traditional thai, structural myofascial and yoga techniques. Lots of assisted stretching and rhythmic compression to improve joint mobility, functional range of motion and overall body awareness. Great for staying loose, balanced, and resilient. Client remains clothed and works through a variety of positions on the mat with the practitioner.

  • Sports / Deep Tissue Massage

    Focused work targeting deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve tightness, address overuse patterns, and support recovery, performance, and injury prevention. Deep tissue does not mean painful; we will work collaboratively with each body and move to deeper structures slowly and with intention.

  • Relaxation Massage

    A gentle, flowing massage designed to deliver a sense of calm to the nervous system, ease everyday tension, and promote deep relaxation. Perfect for stress relief and restoring a sense of balance.
