Who we are

At Arc Wellness, care is personal. Every session is shaped by curiosity, skill, and a genuine love for helping people feel at home in their bodies. Here you’ll find the story behind the practice, and the person bringing this wellness movement to life.

Arc Wellness was born to shift the focus from treating illness to cultivating health. Arc was created in response to a healthcare system that manages illness but often overlooks true health. Our approach combines massage and movement to restore balance, relieve pain, reduce stress, and build long-term resilience. When practiced together, these therapies don’t just add up, they amplify each other, supporting deeper healing and vitality. At the heart of Arc is a belief that wellness also thrives in connection and joy: when we move, rest, and heal in ways that feel good, we strengthen not only ourselves but the communities we belong to.
